FREE mobile home in bad shape, but for the REAL handyman, maybe it can be salvaged; or perhaps used as a parts trailer. All floors, hot water tank and exterior doors need to be replaced but it does not leak and the windows are all there. Comes with the AC unit but we don't know if it works or not. Still has some kitchen cabinets, bath vanities and toilets, but not sure how good they are. Square footage and year built are unknown so I just made a guess since the eBay form required it. Or perhaps you might be just interested in the metal. That's ok, but the whole trailer must be removed and space cleaned below. It is in a mobile home park and you must make your own arrangements to move it, and leave the space below it clean and in good shape, ready for another trailer to be moved in.
